Recommend a Firewire card?

I have a PC a couple of years old that is not equipped with any firewire ports on the motherboard. However, the case itself is bristling with connectors on the front for USB, firewire etc,

I would like to be able to add firewire functionality to the port that is on the front of the case. All of the PCI based firewire cards that I have found though add ports to the BACK of the machine, or have an internal connector that is a full size firewire port.

Question is - Can anyone recommend a way of adding firewire to the machine that takes firewire to the FRONT port please, in the same way that motherboards do?
