Auto edit and print from Outlook

Been scratching my head with this one:
I use paypal and the notifications come through via email. I also use the downloadable logs facility and then use Word to mail merge the data in to an invoice with label etc.

Now, is it possible to cut a long story short and make outlook automatically edit (rather move the information around) so that it will print correctly?

Am I right that it would use Macros or something?

Ok, so I think I'm now confident that it requires the use of macros. Anyone know how to program them? Happy to pay
