Hello

Just been getting used to using PI for analysing race car data.

Just wondering if anyone else uses it and what they think of it?

Which system do you have?

I've used it for a few years from an old system 2 dash which was pretty good but this year I've been using sigma and must say that its been a waste of time - completely unreliable and even Pi track support engineer has struggled to get wheel speed sensors to work!

I have used PI kit for a few years and find it very good. The software is much more user friendly than some of the other budget systems.

That's what eventually drove us away from it. The PI man used to spend so much time with us we eventually started booking hotel rooms for him...

Motec these days for us, which is seemingly bomb proof. Expensive, but very good and very easy to work with.

Ha ha ha ha - Dude asking a race engineer if he has any good formula for maths channels is like asking "can have a go on your wife".

What are you working on?

Wouldn't be the first time he's asked on here for someone to do his "dirty work" for him.

HaHa!

It aint no dirty work!

My freind has been using it, he gave me a copy as i was curious of how to use it. Just gave me some data and said have a play around to see how it works.

Yeah i can see that sorry just rookie error of asking. Just been looking at how they work, trying out different Parameters to Analyse

True enough.
