Outlook Express: Emails Lost

Hi,

Outlook Express yesterday asked if it can compress messages to free up space.. I said yes, and then shut down after it had finished.. Looked today and all email in my Inbox and Set Items folders has disappeared!

Any ideas how I could get them back?

Seems I've found the problem

It has created a new set of Inbox, Sent, Outbox files in
Application Data > Identities etc....

The old ones are Inbox.dbx and there are new ones called Inbox (2).dbx


EDIT: No, this doesn't work, so the old ones might be corrupted or something, if you have a solution, please let me know!!
