1. VW Golf 1979 Diesel - Very much Hitlers revenge. Was the first one into the country and apparently they stripped it down, and had a few parts left over. After 100km it died. Had bought it off mum and dad cause didn't have any cash. Crashed into a Learner driver in a V8 Falcon, who planted the accelerator instead of the brake pedal on a side street. Next minute smack. Car was written off, bought wreck, stretched it back again, and back on the road. Was paid to keep it when parents traded it in on a Nissan. Most profitable car yet. Made $AU3k out of it.

2. LandCruiser Diesel Wagon - Used this when I was at uni. Awesome awesome car. Had 1 million km on it when it got traded in for the VN. A couple of seals on the hubs changed, and shocks, but that was it. Engine ran like a dream. Think it had to do with adding a litre of high detergent diesel oil to fuel every 4 tanks. Was called the shaggin truck at uni.

3. Commodore VN - Got to 360,000km before it got sent to the scrap yard. Had it for 14 or so years. Was an awesome car, didn't hold it's value very well though. Needed a new transmition but was way to expensive and more than the car was worth. Got paid to keep it again when got the VX.

4. Commodore VXII. Love this car. Wish it had a few extra cylinders, but just love it to death. Got 110,000km on it, and still goes well, with no major issues except alternator going.

jagsy, is that a Camaro?

I know we're all into motors from down-under, but driving upside down is a bit extreme isn't it

BTW: Hope all parties involved as safe and well

In date order:

Mercedes 280 SE automatic
Ford Capri 3-litre V6 (very rusty, stank of petrol, door would open at speed, bought from a zoo keeper in Southampton zoo and it had wallaby droppings throughout the car)
Saab 900 EMS (fuel pump relay kept jamming, had to short it with a pair of screwdrivers to get going again)
Ford Sierra 1.6GL (don't ask)
Alfa Sprint Green Cloverleaf (pretty car, nice sound)
Alfa GTV6 2.5 (bad example of a good car. Had a ruined engine and a ruined gearbox)
Renault 5 GT Turbo (incredible fun)
Renault Laguna 1.8 (don't ask)
MGF convertible (don't ask)
Lotus Elan S2 with BBR chip (turned out convertibles are not my thing)
Porsche 928 S4 Black (nice car)
Yamaha Thundercat (no car that year)
Porsche 928 GTS 5.4L V8 Midnight Blue (gorgeous car, achieved 170mph in France whilst on honeymoon)
BMW 528 auto
Porsche 911 (993) Aventura Green (nice car)
Alpina B10 V8 4.6 (best car I ever owned, still have it)
Porsche 911 3.6 Turbo 2 (965) Speed Yellow - stunning, gorgeous, rare, fast
GTM Libra V6 (kit car with Rover 75 2.5V6 engine, in garage, will probably sell soon)
HSV GTS-R no. 15 supercharged 545bhp!!
