How many threads?

My pc has 51 processes and 2188 threads going. To me, this seems a lot. pslist doesnt turn up any huge threads, but I do have about 7 copies of svchost running. fport and netstat turn up no strange connections. Am I being paranoid? Ad-aware turns up nothing as well. What command can I run to find out all the dir's of programs running (msconfig shows nothing unusual).

7 x svchost running here as well... (admittedly I'm on the 'rents PC, but it's running ok... for a celeron!)

Only 29 processes, but I've only got IE open three times..

460 threads here, 46 processes. But i'm doing next to naff all at the moment.
