After a couple of years of very happy ownership, my S2 is sold!

A new business venture, involving starting my own business, has meant that most luxury items have had to go and be swapped for something more pratical........ at least for the mean time anyway!

Too many years of a company car has spoilt me, as I know have to run only one car, and the TVR is just not practical or reliable enough...

It has been replaced with a BMW 330Ci Convertible.. Well you couldn't expect me to be too sensible!

I have no doubt that I will have another TVR again, as I have loved every minute of it, even the wet, soggy, cold, noisy bits.

Anyway, just wanted to say thanks to all the help you lot have given me over the past year. It has made being a TVR owner a lot more fun.

Cheers Ian

Sorry to hear you've sold it Ian but don't you have a mate with a rather nice red S1 that you could get your fix from??

Still missing the old thing but looking for anither one.

all the best,

Hi Paul,

Yes mate, he does still have the S1, and loving every moment of it. This has softened the blow a bit, as he has put me on the insurance and said I can borrow it anytime.

Better than nothing i suppose.

Sorry to see you leave TVR ownership, get back soon.....and hope the new business venture goes well for you mate.
On another note, wasnt it your mate that won the best S1 at SCH3??? As I sent the winning plaque only for it to be delivered back to me saying the recipient didnt collect it from the post office.........?

Later
