Was told several months ago by the insurer that my use of their discounted windscreen service would in no way affect my premium.
Go back for a quote on a new car and *GASP* they now include it under 'non-fault accidents' and it's gonna cost me at least 25quid a year for the next five years.
In other words, it'd have been a DAMN SITE cheaper to replace it myself, or maybe even get it fixed. Its only a
