what is wrong with people?

I am currently going through the painful of experience of getting builders to
work on my house on various things. that in its self is a pain in the arse,
what really pisses me off is the other people (who live in the area)using the
skip that i have paid for with my money as their private dust bin. I am not
interested in getting rid of some scum's old baby prams, tins of pain, etc
at my expense -if i catch some one using my skip as their dustbin they are
going to be in for a rude awakening.

the funny thing is, the scum that chuck their old cr@p in my skip do it
very very late at night so they don't get seen doing it. low lifes.
