3rd December (Saturday) 2005 - 928UK 7th Anniversary Meet

Anyone with a 928 is welcome to attend the 7th Anniversary Meet of 928UK.
This year we are having a change of venue and meeting at The Plough Inn at
East Hendred. The meeting will commence from around 10.00a.m. Again we are
expecting a large number of 928s to attend, and we do need an idea of the
numbers in advance. So if it is your intention to come to this meeting
please contact me to let me know.

The location of the Plough Inn:

Orchard Lane

East Hendred

Wantage

OX12 8JW

Directions : From A34 at Didcot junction (A4130) keeping to the right
heading west if coming from the north or to the left heading west coming
from south. On A4130 up from A34, follow through traffic lights, up over
the hill and follow past orchard on left and fruit stall on corner
opposite. Road straightens past a pub on right then you come up to a
roundabout in several hundred yards with a garage on the left corner. Turn
right onto the A417 at the roundabout and head towards Wantage. About >
mile after going through a large "S" bend, passing Featherbed Lane on
right, turn first left at White Road signed to East Hendred. (please drive
slowly) Take third right into Orchard Lane. The Plough Inn (large white
building) will be a few hundred yards on left past small road to left then
beside a large thatched barn to the right. Car park entrance is at the
opposite end and will be signed. Up to 100-120 cars can be accommodated.

Everyone must drive especially slowly through East Hendred, as the main
road in and out is narrow and full of family homes and children.
