What's the problem? He's actually renting a house out & selling a bike and doing it in a humorous fashion.
The questions are from folk who either haven't read the details or simply didn't understand...

But the chances of selling the two Xbox 360s to the same person is slim. The chances of selling them to someone who also wants a bike is even slimmer and the chance of someone who also wants to rent a house in that location wanting to buy all the other stuff is even slimmer again. It's a very odd way to sell stuff.

And what's a bike & a house got to do with Bill Gates???
