Firstly insurance, (sorry guys boring I know!). My VXR insurance is due for renewal in a couple of weeks and I'm not really looking forward to lobbing out £900 to Tesco for the privilege, I'm 39, live in the Bournemouth/Southampton area, full no claims, the car is garaged, tracker'd etc and I have one SP30 and do under 3k per year. Any advice on cheaper deals?
Secondly, anybody in my area got the Wortec essential pack I can have a listen to/go in?
Thirdly anyone got any idea of the sort of mpg you get if you supercharge an LS2, (or LS1 for that matter)
I know crap mpg is a small price to pay for MONSTER performance but it has to be a consideration. If it cost a quid to fit a blower but you got 5mpg, I don't think I'd bother!

Try Admiral online. They won't insure if you fit a blower, but you can specify exhaust mods etc on their online quotation system. I have the Wortec 410bhp mods declared and do 16,000 miles annually; and my insurance still comes in less than yours. I switched from Tesco earlier this year.

Try Virgin. £520 if tracker is fitted. Or try them all on ()confused.com

BO55 VXR, it's in Autotrader for 16,500, but I'll accept somthing near to 16 without the Nav system, extra 1500 for that).
