TVR Sagaris - I've finally seen the light!
Discussion
It's been over 10 years since I first tested a TVR re a Griffith. An additonal four test drives since, had yet to persuade me to purchase. I've loved the looks, the sound, the handling (well most of them) but I've always had my head rule my heart and not take the risk with build quality and possible reliability problems.
Wednesday last week and after an half hours drive in a gorgeous Sagaris,at last,my heart opened my wallet and my latest motor will be with me by the end of the week. Previous cars have included M3 CSL, M3, Evo 6, Honda NSX - all stunning cars with very practical daily use and excellent reliability. Other than the great press this car is getting, I was also pushed to a Sagaris by this Board whose members are clearly experienced with the TVR product and generally recognise the Sagaris as a step change for TVR. I wasn't planning to buy at this time as weather not greatly appropriate, but the need for dealer to generate cash at this time of year persuaded me to consider a purchase which also coinsided with a perfect colour combination being available. Iced Titanium Pearl with anthrcaite hide.
Full driver report will be posted after collection next week.
