I think I might get a pot, a lid, make it egg-shaped and then get a celebrity chef to call it something, say "The Flavour Shaker". I reckon the general public are gullible enough to pay a premium for such a product! Good margins, me thinks!

There's a frying pan just advertised here with one side higher than the other so that you can flip your pancakes like a professional chef ... and it's twice the cost of a standard frying pan.!

You can't have too many of them, it's only three months until pancake day - I might buy a couple!

Seriously, and trust me on this, the marketeers of such products will be laughing their socks off when people pay good money for such low-cost products!

On a more serious note do you think there would be a market for a device that sprayed saliva all over the food for that Jamie Oliver secret ingredient?

Ideally with sound effects, so when you press the sprayer it goes "bishbashboshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh" as the gob is delicately atomised onto your food. It's a winner of a product - call it "Oliver spit".

Hmm, introducing the "cockney geezer, cheap as chips, gobshite, oliver spit" from Matel. Only £19.99, buy two get one free.

It's a sure winner!

call it ... say "The Flavour Shaker".
or better still, The Amish Shaker.

Or add an ice compartment and call it the 'Kulah Shaker'
