Just watching him on Skysports, and he seems a little 'odd'. It could be he is a bit tipsy, but maybe that is a sideeffect of previous missdemeaners. What he is saying seems to be somewhat dillusional, and a littrle spaced out. Quite odd.

I've heard quotes of 37 'incidents whilst he was manager, that was only 39 days...

Mebe its his reputation preceding him but I know which side of the story I'm more likely to believe.

I met the guy a few months ago, hes a top bloke. Spent most of the day working with him. He readily admits to having a very addictive personality, his last addiction was to Red Bull - which he was only drinking to overcome another addiction!

He had some fantastic stories though, like aiming fireworks at Ali McCoist's house in the middle of the night, and getting caught by the police

Very nice bloke I thought.

In answer to the question, I think probably 'both'.

I saw him tonight on Sky News and he certainly came across as either drunk or high. If I were to believe anyone it would be the owner not Gazza. Shame though, he was a truly gifted player.

Well he did get a lot of press coverage in the past, from the "dentist chair" to the wife beating. He definitely excelled George Best in that department I tell ya.
