Anyone from round these parts? Saw it last night ~2045 "pressing on" M3 London bound past M25 going at about 10mpg.

I saw it on M25 near M3 on Sunday lunchtime. Very muddy with some test written with a finger across the back.

Seemed to provoked by an undertaking Saab and shot off at what looked like 130 mph plus almost as if stolen !!
