Neighbour had a 40th birthday party at the weekend to which we were invited. Therefore said that anyone needing parking space could put a car on our drive.

We had a lovely, brand new, third journey out - Bentley Continental GT!!. All wheel drive, 550 bhp, 4 seater, 0-60 in about 4.8 seconds, 198 mph and lovely. I was invited to have a look around it with some other guys, one of whom had just put his order in for one too!

Not content with that, I learn that the owner of this new GT has just got a helicopter (a real one) too. I don't know what he did for a living - but he was not a footballer. Showed him the Tuscan and he really liked, saying along the lines of, "you TVR drivers are real petrolheads - I wouldn't be able to control a car like that". Guess that makes Tuscan owners more skillful than chopper pilots then!

Groan. Cor-vette! My plan (when I can get myself motivated enough to do it) - was to sell the Tuscan and go for a Corvette, Mr Farnham.

Being a fixed wing pilot I'm slightly bias but I'm sure that an 'S' driver could never be a coconut
