Got the old rear wheel bearing out with lots of 
bashing using a short piece of scaffold pole as a drift. Having had one bearing delivered minus 9 gonads and one the wrong size finally got the right one, though it did have integral grease seals and was pre greased. Put it straight in the deep freeze. Ground the old bearing so it was an interferance fit. Warmed the housing up with a paint stripper gun. poped the bearing, in couple of light taps using the old bearing as a drift and it poped in. Cooled the whole lot down with an occasional spin of the bearing to make sure the grease didn't melt out. Jobs a good un. Checked the stub axel nut tension on the other side whilst I had the torque wrench, it was loose so slacked it off blathered it in lock tight and retorqued. Jobs a good un.
