I am afriad I can no longer avoid selling my Lotus.
Could anyone give suggestions of a realistic selling price for the following car?

2005 111s elise.
starmist black metallic.
black leather.
ONLY 1400 Miles.
Perfect Condition.
soft/hard tops.
All the usual extras as per 111s spec.

Gutted.

maybe you can do what I do mostly when I sell a car, check a big car-sell-site for you it could be autotrader GB! many lotus on it, then type your build year...2005 and elise and 111S then, search in all GB(international) then all elise 111S 2005 will apear then look at the cheapest and the most expensive one(that looks like your-data) then you know what it can be worth(a minium and a maxium)
But always ask a bit more then what you want! because the client can hassle a bit off, they are happy and you can still be happy too
hope you understand my little English words choice...

Bad time of year to sell.

I was almost sure I had to sell mine but have since worked things out (basically going to use the train more!). I put my 111R with touring and aircon in the autotrader and ebay for £24K and didnt receive one call.

it's a tough market - i was going to sell mine earlier in the year - it was only 2mths old but there were just no serious buyers, got a couple of silly bid right in the bollox so decided i really should keep the car - best decision i made all year second to buying the car in the first place

Afternoon

Do you really have to sell it ? Have you tried a dealer ? I suppose these new car that's been talked about (Toyota) engine is the main reason everyone's holding off, could you not trade up for an R ?
