TV Scheduling - Lost

Can someone please put me out of my misery and tell me when Lost is on TV, which beeldin chanell and whenit is repeated.

I just cant work it out!!

and to confuse things.. E4 shows "next weeks" from 11 til midnight on weds...

And it repeats Wednesday night's "next week" showing the following Sunday night at 9pm on E4. So its all pretty simple really, what's your problem?

I had this problem with The 4400 for a while too!

BedfordRascal - what hasn't been on C4 yet? This weeks showing on E4 of next weeks episode on C4, or the 2nd chance to see this weeks showing on E4 of next weeks episode on C4? Sorry if I upset anybody unwittingly? Doesn't everybody watch it a week ahead? Otherwise you are watching the third repeat of last week's preview showing of next week's episode.
