Well it might be ok, but Id treat it as a stock chipped 5L.
Probably ok for a few grand. But stock they were 165KW or 220BHP So I think best case maybe 175KW or possibly 180. Also lower compression, iron block etc. Good for a cheap holden if you are on a budget, but its not going set your world on fire.
