Can anyone advise on a practical way to operate air jacks without carrying the full size compressed Air bottles?

I have seen some guys with Aqua Lung tanks, do they work, and do they last long enough.

Does anyone know how many litres of air it takes to operate air jacks?

Sorry it’s a boring question but any help would be appreciated.
