Hi guys...

Just handed in my notice at work, I don't start my new job until 16th January and the notice period looks like it will be one week

So, where would be the best place to find some casual employment? Bar work, telemarketing etc. just to tide me over through xmas?

I have just searched the job websites but they are only for people seeking permanent positions.

Kent area is fine! If anyone knows of any pubs need a hand etc, let me know.

Thanks

I reckon a nice pub job is the way to go. I worked in pubs years ago and I've always fancied doing a few shifts behind the bar again. Bound to be a few around needing a little extra help over the Xmas period.

I don't need a tea boy, but Mrs Diddyman needs someone to do the ironing and stuff.

So....

If I have this right, you needed a job, got a part time job in a recruiting firm and you're now ideally placed to recruit yourself to another (or several) jobs (part time or full time)?

Isn't there a word for when you can do it to yourself like that?

Cossie.
