Again, the new Espada and Miura
Discussion
Brrrrr, waited with this one because I hoped for better pics (remember that yum sleek black one). But no
New Miura as well
New Miura as well
Hmmm, not a fan of the front of the yellow Espada image......looks like someone dropped something on the bonnet
Also, that Muira's not too clever. It actually looks a bit like the Ford GR1 concept with a lot of Photoshopping:

I want to see beautiful Lambo's again. The likes of the 350GT/400GT/Monza/Muira. Try curves, not angles.

Sadly the sleek black Espada impression was an Autocar rendering.
The original Espada is a big car. Parked next to my Merc SEL and Cerbera, the Espada is about the same length and width as the Benz, but as low as the Cerbera. Gives it huge road presence. vast interior is airy, great visibility and genuinely space for 4 people and their luggage.
The yellow things that keep being shown (and anyone remember the orange one? - more like modern Jarama) are a bit worrying. Don't look big enough or stylish enough to carry the Espada badge.
As for "new Miura"... WTF?? The "new Miura" is the Murcielago surely? Miura > Countach > Diablo > Murcielago.

Next year I'm going to write an article about the full restoration of the genuine article: A Series 3 Espada.
Maybe you can translate it for PH, Dinkel?
The cars showed here have absolutely nothing to do with the originals and - I say it again - are not worthy of carrying the names.
Bloody marketeers with no real knowledge of cars are to blame?
Parasites of the marque's history.

It's a pretty rare car.
And again a Gandini
classic.
Personally I think it's a bit bland and out of proportion, except for this one.
