Sunday afternoon on Union street out for a quick blast in an orange sag- very nice indeed. There was a guy driving an F355- the expression on his face when he realised everyone was looking at the saggy rather than his motor was priceless!!!

Excellent - must have been when I was turning off Union St as a result of the pedestrian area / diversion. Thought I saw one in passing - equally he must have thought I had my nose in the air!!

It was where you mentioned- just at Union Terrace. I was with the girlfriend- it was her who wanted to go back and cross the road there to have a closer look. The brand new Porker and F355 you went past didn't get a look in- much to my amusement and their slight embarrasment. Some lucky young chap being taken for a spin with you.....

Your girlfriend has impeccable taste!!
My 12 year old daughter will be mortified if I refer to her as a lucky chap!!!

She was highly amused with the attention though!

The car does tend to speak for itself: loudly!

I'd just commented to my daughter that it sometimes gets a bit uncomfortable with the attention - literally just before we turned at the junction!!

Cannot be any quieter in that kind of traffic. Honest!!

Go for it with the Tuscan - sounds like there are no arguments from the other side!!

how do you get on living in aberdeen, in terms of being nowhere near a dealer, warranty issues etc. my only real concern (and why i haven't got one already i guess) with a tvr up here is lack of dealer/back up....

It's a little out of the way, but there are ways of mitigating that. I've dropped you a mail - suffice to say that there are plenty of TVR's in the Aberdeen area - keep seeing more every month.
With the new TVR warranty, as you have probably gathered, uplift is a phone call away. I forget which company it is locally, but they uplift within the day, and if overnighted in Aberdeen it is in a secure compound, and are used to handling exotics.
