Maybe mentioned before, but in West Midlands and Warwickshire (mainly) there is a spate of performance car thefts at the moment despite much publicity in Jan 2005.
Last event was Monday when a Subaru was targeted just as the owner was putting it in the garage.
The scrotes are armed so please remember cars can be fixed and replaced, Pistonheaders not so easily.
Keep your eyes peeled and if you see anything suss, like being followed then ask for help. AND DON'T RESIST!
