Boxster Upgrades

Hi, I've got a 2.5 Boxster and would like to do some upgrades. The current audio has only the speakers in the dash, does anyone know of a speaker upgrade for the doors and maybe a subwoofer? The other upgrade is to the car’s performance. I was thinking of a sports exhaust and a bit of doctoring ECU, any ideas?

I would start with the clutch
2 x 100 cell cats, free flow silencer, K&N or new airbox = +12bhp peak and +21bhp in the upper mid range; price around £1500 fitted.
Supercharger = 50% more torque at 2-4000rpm, 50bhp best gain in the middle and 25bhp at top end, £4300 fitted.
Sell 2.5, buy an S = 50bhp peak gain, more torque everywhere; £10,000 fitted.
Remove 2.5, fit 3.2S engine and box, get it all working, similar to above; £8000 fitted.
Fit cams, dme, headers, cats, silencer to new S engine, 292bhp & 330Nm, £6000 fitted.
Somewhere in the above may be a package that goes with your wallet, fitted.
