A friend was scammed doing 74 in a 60 three weeks ago. NIP arrrived and was filled out correctly with name of husband who they thought was driving on that occassion. NIP was returned with a polite warning in the way of, "you may want to reconsider who was driving. The photo does not look like a MR.xxxx but is of a women" The photo evidence was sent out in original NIP but they never looked close enough. I have never heard of them sending photo evidence with first NIP but even worse, they are now checking the photo themselves, even if its only for M/F young/old type check

Your friend has done nothing wrong. They've filled in the form according to what they thought happened. In this wonderful country though you'd be locked up for telling the truth above the facts!

Maybe they need to consider the possibility that the car has been cloned. Seems a bit presumptious.
