Dug Up Speed Hump

See on the news Today a construction worker who had a speed/traffic calming Hump put outside his house, and was kept awake every night due to lorrys crashing and Banging over it decided to take it on himself to dig it up.




He then took himself down the local Police station and may be done for Criminal damage.
Apparently he had wrote to the Local council 26 Times to no avail.
