17" wheels

I'd like to fit 17" wheels to my '98 Griff 500. Any ideas on suppliers / manufacturers / makes?? Thanks!

As petros , i've got Image wheels , some good designs, especially if you like a wheel with some depth to the rim.

The Roll Bar was a TVR unit ,dealer fitted a few years back.

Its not FIA approved,like some are ,but its substantially mounted and strong - and ,lets face it ,for a car that does lots of track days - Its better than bugger all .


..... especially with my standard of driving .

Not doubting anybody but this is at least the 3rd different offset figure I've seen quoted on PH since I've been looking for specs to fit 17s to my Griff 500. For example on BB's link there's mention of "the fronts were 25mm and the rears 37.5mm"and of "the inside of my rims were marked 25mm on the front and 35mm".

Is there a definitive figure available or are we all talking about different years/models.

That is exactly the same as on mine which is a 99 Griff 500 but perhaps there are diferences year to year. Why not take them off and measure them, it's easy with a couple of straight edges and a steel rule. Rich...
