993 GT2 rear spoiler purchase - advice please?
Discussion
Gents,
Looking to get a GT2 rear spoiler for my wide body 993, just wondering if any of you has any contacts or any experience with any of the vendors who sell these items.
911virgin has a 993 Turbo with a GT2 rear on it, and whilst it is a different colour to my car it has inspired me.
Besides, i'll need the extra air flow when i get the supercharger...

Don't get a fibreglass one, they really do look shite.
That said, the 'real' ones and bloody pricey. (as are the fake ones tho)
Try Jasmine Motorsport, nice chap, sensible prices and he'll get you a good one. Say you were recommended by PH members as we're starting to get the power of our name out there.

In theory, you should do something with your front splitter, too. Otherwise you end up with understeer at high speeds, instead of a nice neutral balance. Worth considering.
I was impressed with the light weight of a kevlar GT2 rear wing on a friend's 965 T2. Could save a few kgs at the same time. Cost wasn't a lot more than factory price fibreglass item if I remember. Still a couple of K, though

Spend yo wonga under da hood, man.
Funny you should mention that, cos a new set of wheels and a GT2 rear spoiler (i was going to make my car a GT4S you see) adds up to about the same amount of cash as a 9meister supercharger kit which i was going to buy at a later stage.
However, if i got the supercharger without the other bits, it'd be a street sleeper (well, sort of) wouldn't it?
