ive been called back for a second interview tomorrow and am more concerned as its with an area manager as oposed to a branch manager, it is for an estate agent position but ive never done that type of sales before it just appealed to me as it is a change and more varied, does anyone have any advice and tips? i would really like the job and dont want to end up saying the wrong thing and messing it up

edited to add, sorry for posting the same thread twice my computer froze and i didnt think it posted.

Make sure its a very shiny one and make sure you have got enough hair gel. Dont forget to leave your intelligence at home either...

Yes, get a user name without a comma so it doesn't up every time anyone tries to quote you.

I would think that like with all sales jobs, presentation is important and especially for estate agents what you wear is NB. It might be a good idea to show them that you own more than one suit although we all have our 'favourite' one!!

I also think the V6 or an R1 might be a bit too serious to arrive in. Maybe a mini/beetle/1 series is more in keeping with estate agents style

I wouldnt' worry, show keeness, enthusiasm, and whats already been said on here. Don't worry about the suit, just look presentable, and sharp. Is it direct or through an agency? Might have couple of little tips of its through an agency.

thanks for all the advice, and fingers crossed it goes well i will let you all know tomorrow, also in answer to the agency question it was direct and not through a recruitment agency.
if one of the mods would let me change my username i would gladly but have no clue how to do it.
