If they're spreading TB to cows we're supposed to eating and which are supposed to be made into shoes, whack 'em.

The world is too small to let inferior species get in our way of total ownership and dominance of this planet.

Survival of the fittest.

Clearly you have not had one wrap itself round the front of your car at high speed.

No but have you seen what people do when they go badger baiting its a hideous way to kill an animal (no they don't stand and call it names until it curls up and dies, they break its front legs and put it in a large hole with Bull terriers or Jack russells and watch them fight, the badger doesn't stand a chance and is torn to pieces) SICK!! and crashing into a cow does a lot more damage believe me!!

Clearly you have not been wrapped around a bumper, aslo. It is a native animal, and as such, it should be left to it's own affairs. nature is not something that should be considered in our way, but as something that we happen to be be living in. just because it may become a bit of anuisence, does not mean we should go on a killing spree.

Erm we are not talking about badger baiting but culling them to protect cattle from TB.

Does anyone have any figures for the size of the badger population; if their numbers are increasing I can see that a cull may be fully justified.

It is no good saying that it is tampering with nature, we humans have already tampered with nature by wiping out its natural predator, the wolf.

I have nothing against badgers, and don't agree with being cruel to any animal or person.
No offence intended.
However, they do cause damage.

no I know were not talking about baiting but it boils down to the same thing what right have we got to decide to wipe out animals
