Post 'owners' editing a post after it has been locked

Any chance permissions could be available to 'moderate' certain threads (maybe this is already possible)

For example could I have a permission set so I can edit the Locked Sticky I created in the Games forum:

Needs updating every now and again, and the link is knackered at the minute
