I have run my own shop for the last 17 years. The lease is due to expire next Friday and I've decided not to renew the leasr or pay the landlord's 40% rent increase.
The good news is that today is the last time I'll work on a Saturday. The bad news is I have more time for DIY and decorating.
Tonight, I'll be mostly drinking Rebellion Broadside to celebrate.

My contract doesn't say anything about having to work Saturdays and yet here I am at work (as I was last Saturday).
