Article in this month's GTPP. £170 a day. Take it down the Ring.

Good value but I believe they specifically exclude you in their contracts from taking them on 'ring trips. Depends how much you like risk I suppose.

I read this article. SURELY Avis will get news of this article and then add a new and very clear condition in their contract that bans people from using the ring. Or do they know about it and are happy?

Unless they fit satellite tracking or pay a marshal on the barrier how are they going to know?

Just don't return it with the tyres feathered to buggery and a Ring sticker on the back

They might do what Hertz do and have people down there noting number plates and issuing worldwide bans?

I have seen rental company spotters on public days, located at spectating points round the circuit, as a result someone I know has now been banned from Europcar worldwide. I have also heard that they keep an eye on the main ring photo sites for their cars.
