4 speed manual gearbox with electric overdrive

I've got a 4 speed manual gearbox with electric overdrive which i think was from a Mark 2 or E-Type Jaguar..

It's currently on my V12 cobra replica which has done 7000 miles, the engine and gearbox where both rebuilt before installed in the car.. It realy is in mint condition and runs perfectly.

Any idea how much it's worth?

E types didn't have O/ drives. If the gearbox has a long ally tail casting it will be from a Mk2 if not from an XJ6. Value? If good inside and clean perhpas £250 on a good day, if not or condition unknown maybe £100
