Toyota twin cam cambelt life?

As a sort of follow on to my Celica thread, does anyone know the recommended period for cambelt changes on Celica/MR2 twin cams?

I understand the 4AGE lump is non interference engine (no piston vs valve conflict if it breaks) and the belt is easy to check visually. Might influence you getting it replaced, or not.
