Artists out there!!!

Could anyone help me here!

I've no idea how to do it and i'm sure somebody here can do what i need in a couple of seconds.

Could you please add a "snow coating" to this logo please? Or maybe explain how to do it? I have no real graphics packages here at work and I need it for an email....

Looks great, but any chance of a little less snow at the top so you can see the HP lettering a little easier!?
