When i wash my clothes, I use a 40 degree wash and everything is fine normally, however, when washing jeans or heavy jumpers/ Fleeces, it seems to not wash them as well as the smaller garments..

Should i use a high Temp ? Or would that be Bad ?

Thanks

If they are all dark colours stick them on at 60 should be ok. Unless your fleece is a pure wool it will shrink at 60 so leave it at 40 or use a steam cleaner to clean it.

errr... I just read the labels and do what they say.

Although I understand that is a tricky concept, so I can go through it with you if you like.

Jumpers - should go on a woollens wash, normally about 30, then put them on for a second spin, as the woollens wash doesn't spin them long enough.

For extra care, put them in a pillow case first.

Jeans, turn inside out and do at 40, but with dark colours!!

As Ali_Kat said Do not wash your jeans at a higher temperature than 40 degrees or they will be a bit tight and will no doubt shrink in the length. While tight may be good, lack of length ain't so good. Washing woolens at a high temperature is only advisable if you have become tired of wearing them and want to hand them down to any four year old nephews.

If he looked like the yummy man in the Lacoste aftershave advert, then it would be criminal for him to wear anything at all!

I trust that was a deliberate set-up?
