How do I upload my Sagaris Pictures

I've tried to search site for advice but cannot finf how to insert photo's into thread.
Help appreciated.

Use somewhere like www.photobucket.com to host your pics, then use this code [pic] www.website/picture.jpg [/pic] to put the pic in your thread. Obviously replace www.website/picture.jpg with the link under your photobucket picture.
