I think you will find thats the total amount on the classifieds that's been sold through Ted Towers.

This was a public service announcement on behalf of Ted Towers

Do you ask advertisers for feedback?

ie the car was sold because someone who saw it on PH bought it?

or is that the value of all the adverts that have been placed and removed becasue they have sold?

When you remove the advert you get the option of specifying whether it was sold through Pistonheads.
I assume that only those sales are counted in the running total...

Am I the only one who thinks and average of £8695 per sale is a bit excessive. I've been temped by the window stickers, but with those hidden costs, I might have to give it a miss!

I was reading Performance BMW on the train on the way home (I know the shame) and Pistonheads got a mention in one of the articals because the guy bought his car through Pistonheads.

Free advertising, great.

Fair play to the man,he's got to make a bit of beer money somehow,i mean how would you like just sitting there with half a roll up hanging out of your mouth reading an old copy of the sun waiting to check the next post that comes in.

No it was written by Louise Woodhams their features writer.

The car was a white E30 M3 road legal track car with Wasteiner livery (white with Motorsport stripes)
