Servo System

Just to clear something up in my simple mind, can anyone clarify if the servo system and the brake master cylinder are from a Saab 9000. Some of the earlier threads mention that the servo is from the Saab and the cylinder from a Fiesta and vice versa so I am a bit confused! I want to try and get away with unplugging mine and bolting the new one straight back in without drilling etc

The master cylinder is definitely Saab 900 or 9000.

Somebody at a local garage was looking around my S3 recently and stated that he recognised the servo as being from a mk2 XR2 but I dont know him that well and am not sure how good his knowledge is! Maybe if ya can pop to a local stockist and compare that would sound like a good starting point though.
