I used to live in Maidenhead, complete lack of talent, and nightlife come to think of it.
still the same

Leeds is far better
regarding the so called Leeds 'talent' lets face it, as soon as they open their northern traps and start their verbal diahorretic assasination of the queens english with their vulgar regional dulcit tones and dialect then no amount of persuasion is going to make you want to invite them back for a sherry and a swift who's your daddy.
as for nightlife, i would agree that on this, the shortest day of the year, where leeds is probably in permanent darkness you have learnt to deal with and hence evolve into creatures of the night.
rather like bats.
please see paragraph 1 which deals with this matter.

Just in case any of you guys watch Hollyoaks, my episodes are on this week - Monday, Tuesday & tonight.
Since my reminder is a bit late, you can catch all three on Saturday's or Sunday's omnibus!!
John, i think you've forgotten to put this in the 'cheese fanciers guild' forum. you cant claim a clean sweep without it
ps nice work by the way, masterful in its use of diegesis, whilst creating a verisimilitude worthy of early Lean. plus, that blonde's got corking norks.

for those of us without such barriers as wives - although that is one monster rule.. would you have the plums to test it tho - and those of us who live in the chester area, can you advise the local drinking establishments which play host to the hollioakes hotties, namely becca, stef dean and that oh so school girly nicole..

Hi John
Shiny bits selling well, still got the 2CV....and a Mehari! When are you going to buy the GT3....I've been following the most protracted purchase in Pork history with interest! Glad to see yer mag getting established. Happy Christmas, Piers.
I only watch one soap and that is Hollyoaks. I used to watch neighbours when it was funny but it got serious and boring.
If I wanted to top myself I'd watch deadenders, have YOU taken the albert square challenge? Simply watch any 10 seconds. If you see something positive you win. You have a 0.0000000000000001% change of winning the albert square challenge!
So yes, I watch Hollyoaks not just for the girls but also because it's FUNNY. This week it was good, some quite amusing things all round very good entertainment 'Who framed Roger Rabbit' was superb as always too!
