Which steering wheel does everyone use?

Can you use a Logitech Driving Force (Non-Pro)?

I use a MOMO Force logitech wheel. Never used one of yours so can't comment on compatibility or how good it is for it.

GT Legends and any game from the last ~5 years will use DirectX, so as long as the joystick installs in Windows yes you can use it.

If it's not USB you'll need to make sure your PC has a game port (or a sound card with a game port) as those from the last couple of years probably won't have. My sidewinder joystick came with a converter from game port -> USB so I can still use it. You can probably buy these.
