Bolt Tightening Torque

Please can anyone tell me what the right torque settings are for following bolts on the 4.5 motor?
Head
Bigend Caps
Main Caps

How's the Cerb manual coming along and is this sort of info in it??

Jack Shaft Key Bolt 20
Head nuts Inner 80
Head Nuts Outer 35
Cam Bearing Cap Nuts 15
