I was hoping to have an early-ish night but my 18yo lad has just poured water over the Mac keyboard - I've shaken it out and put it in the airing cupboard - what are the chances of it surviving?

A mate of mine is going down in a lush 1970 Tuscan as far as I know he will be on his own, you are welcome to get to mine and leave your car here and I'm sure Owen won't mind you tagging along.

So far we have...

3 TVR Cerb 4.5s
1970 TVR Tuscan
1976 TVR 3000M
1969 TVR Grantura
1970 TVR Vixen

Should be good email me your mobile and I'll keep you informed.

Sod the trolls, at the end of the day what do they know?

When are you heading back to Scotland? I have never been and an excuse would be superb!

High, this powerbook has had a pint of water in and on it, it's just a little cleaner.

Ahhhh, Jeez, just crawled back from the pub. I'm in a bit of a state actually. As we hand each other presents and enjoy the wonderful magic of Christmas, there will be a lot of people without that privilage.

Time to be lonely for some. Man, I'm off to bed. Have a good time and enjoy yourselves, I'm doing it by myself.

I split a large cup of tea in a Dell laptop from work, ripped the keys off and mopped it up. It was fine an hour later. I still use it today, 6 months after the tea incident.

Just water? Survival chances are high, black coffee with sugar or coke are the worst, water should be fine.
