Serious hangover!

I'm dying!!!!!!!! I think I over did it last night.......... my head is pulsating like a zebra crossing light! urrghhhhhhhhhhhhh

just been for a 5 mile run. the champagne, beer, port, white and red wine has now worn off!!!

Blimey, in this weather? can picture it now, a scene out of Rocky, cold morning, russian ear-flap thingy cap, woolly mittens... the works....

Plus side is, I'm getting a dog in the New Year!!!!

Hey there BCA, yup the phoenix is still going... for a while I just lost enthusiasm, my brother was really into the this project, I cant give up, I will finish it, cos I know thats what he would have wanted....

Sorry bud, been away grieving over the loss of my brother and all the other problems that came with it. I'm back now, have read your emails, and can help out with your project
