Gaming newbie Q?

Thinking of buying myself a PS2 this week and Argos have a package with steering wheel etc. and choice of 2 games for a reasonable price.
I want a driving game to start with and the choice is either Driv3r, GTA Vice or Colin McCrae's 2005 Rally.
Which one of the above should I go for? I have heard Gran Turismo 4 is ace but I'll buy that seperately.
Any help/advice/ would be appreciated (apart from the kind that goes: "Wait for PS3/ buy an X Box etc."
