on it but gmpartsdirect and autozone.com
couldnt find it

It looks suspiciously similar to a Jaguar lock mechanism. If you can go through the catalogs at a parts place (they frequently have pictures), try 88-ish Jag XJS, XJ6, etc., which is where the rest of the door guts came from. Let me know if you find anything.
